    Here is a basic how-to for using the Cheese Baker:


    1. Preheat your oven to 180C / Fan 160C / Gas Mark 4.
    2. Allow your cheese to reach room temperature, then either cut the top off or cut lines through top to allow hot air to escape during baking.
    3. Place the cheese into the cheese baker and bake for 15-20 minutes. Any longer and the cheese may harden.
    4. Place a tea light into the holder and light, then place your cheese baker into the notches to hold it in place. Serve immediately with freshly baked bread and crudités.
